Having struggled with my own chronic diseases & eating disorders for most of my life, I now live a disease-free life, with more energy and focus than I had in my twenties. I love to cook and eat, and I especially enjoy modifying recipes to make them healthier, and tastier. I am a Metabolic Health Practitioner as well as a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, holding additional certifications in Community Nutrition, Diabetes Care & Education, Nutrition & Health Promotion & the Low Carb/Ketogenic Lifestyle.
